Users are responsible for: (a) Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials; (b) All activities that occur under their account; (c) Complying with all applicable laws and regulations; (d) Providing accurate and truthful information when creating contracts.

4. Smart Contract Risks

Smart contracts are irreversible once executed on the blockchain. Users should carefully review all contract terms before accepting. CRYPTOSIGN is not responsible for losses resulting from user error, misunderstanding of terms, or technical issues beyond our control.

5. Blockchain Transactions

All blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction details before confirmation. Stellar network fees may apply and are the responsibility of the user.

6. Verification Requirements

All users must verify their email address and phone number before participating in contracts. This requirement helps ensure the security and integrity of the platform.

7. Mediators and Witnesses

Mediators serve as neutral third parties to resolve disputes. Their decisions are final and binding. Witnesses receive notifications when contracts are executed but have no decision-making authority.

Users may not use the platform for: (a) Illegal activities; (b) Fraudulent contracts; (c) Money laundering; (d) Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. Violations will result in immediate account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

CRYPTOSIGN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the claim.
